The following produce is the result of an intense project of I+D+i which was developed by Hnos. Pajuelo S.A.T who were pioneers in this field and the only producers of Torta del Casar, which markets these formats. It maintains Torta del Casar in a protective atmospheric packaging. This type of packaging ensures the perfect quality of Torta del Casar, and stops the maturing process, extending its shelf life and above all, guaranteeing perfect storage during the product life.


Another clear advantage to the new format is the elimination of odours. You may store Torta del Casar near other products without risk of retaining or transmitting odours.


The Torta del Casar of Hnos. Pajuelo has an atmospheric protective packaging as well as is available in two formats: One whole piece of 650g and half pieces of 325g with staggered crosscut, which makes it more affordable and convenient.
